Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition
Items must include original packaging

Non-returnable items

Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Reason for return
Photos if item is damaged

Our support team will provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period the order may already be processed.
