30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Items must not show signs of use or damage caused by customers
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items caused by improper use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you still need assistance, contact us directly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
